Website terms of use
Last updated: November 4, 2026
These terms govern the use of the milestone.uno website, run by Les Productions Milestone Ltée / Milestone Productions Ltd. (NEQ 1175656793), doing business as Milestone. By browsing the site you accept them. The French version prevails.
1. Bookings, memberships and payments
The website presents our services; it takes no bookings or payments. Bookings for the studios, Le Lad and La Venue, memberships, tickets and payments happen in the Jalon app, under its own terms (prices, cancellation, refunds), which you accept when you book. Agency and production work is covered by a separate quote and written agreement.
2. Website content
We keep the information on the site (services, equipment, hours, prices) as accurate as we can, but it may change without notice. If anything differs, the price and terms shown in Jalon when you book, or in your quote, apply.
3. Intellectual property
The MILESTONE name and logo, and the site's text, photos, videos, music and design belong to Milestone or its partners and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view them and share them by link for personal use; any other copying or commercial use needs our written permission.
Artists' works shown on the site (music videos, sessions, episodes) remain the property of their authors.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or its forms to send illegal, misleading or abusive content, spam or automated submissions, or to try to access our systems without permission or disrupt them.
5. Third-party links and content
The site contains links and embedded content from third parties (YouTube, Spotify, social networks). We don't control these services and are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.
6. Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Milestone is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use or unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Québec's Consumer Protection Act.
7. Personal information
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how to exercise your rights.
8. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute belongs to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, subject to a consumer's right to sue where they live. The French version prevails.
9. Changes and contact
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: hello@milestone.uno, or 451, rue de l'Église, Verdun (Montréal), Québec H4G 2M6.
